Pinot noir 70%
Pinot menuier 15%
Sparkling light yellow colour. Slow and even pearling. Aromas of green apple, citrus fruit, with notes of eucalyptus. Fresh, fiery and well balanced. Elegant finish. A joy to drink!
The Pinot noir is for structure and longevity; Chardonnay is for fire and elegance; Pinot meunier is for the aroma.
Champagne is one of the most recognized wine growing regions in the world, having more than 32500 hectares. The traditional "Methode champenoise" was discovered by the monk Pierre Perignon in the Abbaye d'Haut Villers at the end of the 17th century. The combination of climate (the furthest north French wine region) and ground (previous ocean) makes this region unique.
The Fallet family has been producing wine in Champagne since 1610. Gaston Fallet and Genevieve Dart founded Champagne Fallet-Dart in 1963. Today Gérard and Adrien, as "vignerons indépendants" are responsible for the vineyard.
