AOP Bordeaux Blanc
Light yellow sparkling color. Pleasant aromas of citrus fruit (grapefruit, limes), freshly cut grass, with notes of Akazian flowers and gooseberries. Fresh, with a nice minerality on the palate. The minerality continues into the finish, with notes of flint, white pepper, and lime. Lovely on hot days!
