AOP Saint Joseph
Sparkeling garnet red. Promising nose of ripe cherry, with notes of grilled coffee beans and peppermint. Full bodied and velvety. Fine tannins. Very elegant.
This region is in the north of the Rhone Valley, close to Tain L'Hermitage.

Best served between 16-18°C. Before serving, decant.
Wonderful with breast of quail and dark chocolate.
