A gorgeous salmon - raspberry pink colour. Elegant aromas of small wild berries (raspberry and red currant), with a hint of Rose pedals. Good balance between freshness, being full bodied, and fruitiness (small red berries & white melon). Elegant finish, with aromas of mint and white pepper.

This wine is wonderful when served as an apertif, shrimp salad with mango, melon and Parma ham, fruit, or Tiramisu.  It is also wonderful alone, evenings while sitting on the terrase.
