It is made using traditional French methods and is in fact one of the first effervescent produced in France. It is dry, soft, and delicate.
You will notice the aroma of fresh white flowers ( typical of Pinot blanc ) and hazelnuts ( from Chardonnay ) . There is a light acidity, but without aggressiveness . Harmony and maturity are achieved through the time it has spent lying on wooden slats ( total of 30 months) . You will enjoy the fine bubble dancing in your mouth. This is a very elegant wine.

This Creèmant is best served between 5-7 °C .
Crémant d'Alsace is usually served as an aperitif or in cocktails but can also be placed throughout the meal accompanying lighter dishes, including those with a cream sauce .
Crémant d'Alsace is best consumed young, from 2 to 6 years. It should be keep in the " lying " position in a basement or a room that is not too humid or too dry, with a temperature between 10 and 15 °C.
